1. Close the shutter at the bottom of the bean bin and grind the remaining coffee beans. In this step, you must grind all remaining coffee beans as much as possible to ensure that there is no coffee residue on the bottom of the bean bin and the grinding blade.
2. Turn off the switch.
3. Remove the dustbin.
4. Clean up the coffee beans in the bean bin and put them into the sealed bag. The unpolished coffee beans must be stored in a sealed bag in a cool and dark place to ensure the freshness of the coffee beans. Never put coffee beans in the refrigerator.
5. If this is a manual weight machine, you need to clean the grinding blade with a chisel. This step is the most important, because you will clean the coffee powder left in the whole grinder. You need a special spoon to thoroughly grind the inside of the machine. The spoon should be located above the grinding blade, just sealing the interface connecting the bean bin. Remember to remove the coffee powder, otherwise it will be everywhere. With this step, you can remove the small coffee powder from the coffee machine. After that, you need to put the bean bin back, let the grinder idle for a few seconds, and then repeat this step until the coffee machine is thoroughly cleaned.
6. If this is an automatic weighing machine, you need a vacuum cleaner. Remember to clean the grinder with a tubular joint. Put the bean bin back and aim at the powder outlet to suck out the remaining coffee powder. During this process, make sure the grinder is turned on. Continue vacuuming until you see that there is no coffee powder sticking to the metal accessories in the powder outlet. Remember, some household vacuum cleaners don't work very well. Commercial high-power vacuum cleaners are preferred.
7. Clean the bean bin and wipe off all remaining coffee powder. Ensure that the bean bin is absolutely dry when it is returned to the grinder.
8. Reassemble the grinder.
9. Wipe the powder bin with a wet towel.
